Amazing product we love it
"Works brilliantly, good quality screen image and decent sound. I wish we could turn the little lights off at night tbh but still giving it 5 as it does work really well."

FAQ

So Far Sooo Good
"Since Having our monitor i have felt comfortable letting him sleep in his bassinet while i hang out the washing or eat a meal instead of being in the room with him for the whole day, and he gets a peaceful nap without interuptions from our dog. The screen clarity is great in both modes and the options for songs and light colours are good too abd actually help him get off to sleep. Over all very happy with our babysense monitor."
Great!
"So I left a review saying how the monitor was better than the one I had before but didn’t keep battery as long as I expected it to. They reached out to me after seeing my review and offered to send me a replacement. I thought that was awesome!!!! I’d give 4/5 stars, customer service is amazing but the replacement I got also didn’t have a great battery life unless I just have high expectations. Either way, way better than what I did have and customer service was fantastic!"
Excellent
"It’s been incredibly helpful in our daily life. Best buy ever!"
Sehr freundlicher und schneller Kundenservice/Very Friendly and Fast Customer Service
—— We had an issue with our parent unit. I opened a support ticket through the website, but unfortunately, I did not receive an email confirmation. Therefore, I also contacted customer service directly. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly. Our issue was resolved smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. We are also very happy with the baby monitor itself and can absolutely recommend it."
Great product
"We are very happy with it. We bought two, for both residences. Display is big. Sound is clear. Night mode works great. Both camera and the display fell on the floor several times and survived. Range is long eneough: between house floors, between yard and room."
Perfect!
"We have always been hesitant using a baby monitor in a rural area with spotty wifi. This was a game changer for us. It has great connection without wifi and now my husband and I can sit on the porch and not have to listen to her through an open window. The battery life is good too."
Excellent product! Very happy thank

Q&A
- Does this device have automatic noise reduction/cancellation for white noise?
- This device doesn’t currently offer automatic noise reduction/cancellation for white noise, so it isn’t able to filter out or differentiate it at this time - it will pick up sound as it occurs in the room.
- Does the camera have a back up battery feature?
- At this time, no. The battery within the monitor is the only one provided and cannot be changed out due to the build of the device. In order to keep the health of your battery in tip-top shape, please ensure you only use the provided Babysense adapters, and if you have any problems, you can reach out to our dedicated customer support team on the Help section of our website.
- What type charging port does the parent unit have? We try to minimize device-specific charging cables, so I'm hoping this works with standard USB-C
- This is a USB-C device. In order to keep the health of your battery in tip-top shape, please ensure you only use the provided Babysense adapters, and if you have any problems, you can reach out to our dedicated customer support team on the Help section of our website.
- Is the temperate reading available in both Fahrenheit and Celsius?
- Yes! You can adjust this in your settings
- We have an HDS2 monitor and camera that's 3 years old. It's worked great for us, but recently the monitor's antenna broke and we're having another baby soon. Can we link our old camera to this monitor along with the one it comes with?
- Our cameras run on a closed-loop encrypted connection to avoid hacking attempts. With HDS2 cameras, you should only purchase HDS2 parent units, as those will be the only things that connect to one another.
