"So I left a review saying how the monitor was better than the one I had before but didn’t keep battery as long as I expected it to. They reached out to me after seeing my review and offered to send me a replacement. I thought that was awesome!!!! I’d give 4/5 stars, customer service is amazing but the replacement I got also didn’t have a great battery life unless I just have high expectations. Either way, way better than what I did have and customer service was fantastic!"
